Kristen Taekman’s tension with Ramona Singer grows with every passing week, with the blonde beauty taking to her blog to tell her rival, “It’s not always about you!”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the hard feelings between Taekman and Singer has been an underlying storyline on this season’s Real Housewives of New York, with the Big Apple beauties trading sharp barbs with every passing week.
The model didn’t care for the way Singer behaved at Bethenny Frankel’s Valentine’s Day Skinnygirl bash, as the single stunner complained about a lack of beefcake for her to drool over. (In the episode, Singer groused to Frankel, “Not to be, like, negative, but I don’t really see that many men here: Where are these hot men I’m supposed to meet?”)
Taekman praised Frankel’s party-throwing skills, but said that the show’s biggest star “needs to stop giving Ramona so much attention” and catering to her whims — as it’s a lost cause.
“Ramona wouldn’t know what to do with a guy if she ever did find the perfect one,” Taekman wrote, calling the red-headed stunner “all talk and no game.”
Taekman said that Singer “flirts like a mad woman, and then when it’s time to get down to it, she stays away from it all!”
The Real Housewives lawsuit between Brandi Glanville, of Beverly Hills, and Joanna Krupa, of Miami, just became to pricey for Glanville. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Glanville reached out to fans on Twitter on July 29, asking for help with her ongoing legal battle against Krupa, and claiming she already spent a whopping $50,000. Hours later, the Real Housewives star told fans she was planning to represent herself.
The Real Housewives lawsuit was filed against Glanville earlier this year, after she proclaimed Krupa was suffering from a bad smell a number of times, both on Watch What Happens Live, and on the streets of Los Angeles. In addition, claimed Krupa, Glanville wrongfully accused her of sleeping with real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid, who was married to Yolanda Foster at the time of their alleged affair.
Prior to filing her lawsuit against Glanville, Krupa, who appeared on The Real Housewives of Miami for two seasons, spoke to TMZ, slamming Glanville for her irresponsible comments, and labeling her “trailer trash.”
“I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there. I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay? First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is. She’s so obsessed with me. She can’t stop talking about me. Why would Andy talk bad about me when she’s making stuff up to make herself famous? I don’t know what she’s doing.”
Months ago, while working with her previous representation, Glanville filed a motion to have Krupa’s case against her thrown out, but unfortunately for the mother of two, her request was denied — and not just that. As the lawsuit continues, a number of Glanville’s Real Housewives co-stars, including Lisa Vanderpump and Yolanda Foster, will be forced to testify against her.
Since Glanville appears to be in financial turmoil, one can’t help but wonder what she’ll do if she loses the suit. If she can’t afford to pay for an attorney, will she be able to afford to pay for potential damages to Krupa’s career? Only time will tell!
On The Real Housewives of Orange County, Meghan King Edmonds often complains about the absence of her husband, Jim Edmonds.
According to the stay-at-home stepmom, 30, the grouchy baseball legend always ditches their California home to deal with unnamed business in his adopted hometown of St. Louis.
And now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the matter that likely took Edmonds, 45, away from home for so many months: The St. Louis Cardinals alum and restaurateur was dealing with a major lawsuit that could have cost him his business and his fortune!
According to U.S. district court documents obtained by Radar, restaurateur Jeff Ruby, owner of Cincinnatti steakhouse The Precinct, sued Edmonds and his company, MWS LLC, for trademark infringement after the baseball great opened a new eatery with the same name.
Edmonds, the owner of St. Louis bar and grill The Precinct, “has embarked in a deliberate and willful campaign to circumvent and misappropriate Plaintiff’s exclusive rights in the Precinct Mark and the goodwill associated herewith,” Ruby argued in the November 2013 papers.
Before Edmonds opened his restaurant’s doors in October 2013, Ruby claimed he dined at the Cincinnati Precinct “several times” while playing for the Cincinnati Reds in 2010.
The Real Housewives of New York City followed Carole Radziwill and Dorinda Medley to London and there was no shrieking or arguments, but there was a little crying. However, those tears went along with a touching and emotionally charged journey, one you’ve never seen—and will probably never see again—on Real Housewives of any city.
It all started when Carole was told she needed to pick up her late husband’s ashes since the church they were housed in was sold and turned into condos. Carole took Dorinda—or Doris, as she was known in this episode—along for the ride and the two had some really great moments where viewers could truly see them bonding. Carole went to get the ashes herself, as she should have.
“I’m kind of producing this whole story in my head, I don’t have all the pieces and I don’t have all the dialogue,” Carole said. “I’ve obviously never done this before—I don’t know anyone who has ever done this before. It’s making me a little anxious.”
But she did it, and all sorts of memories came flooding back, something Carole called both “poignant” and “uncomfortable.”
“I never thought I’d have to come back and get it…You never met my husband, but he had a very highly developed sense of humor and he was quite the practical joker, so when I read the email from the secretary, I thought, ‘OK, this is something that Anthony would really appreciate’—me having to come back,” Carole said. “This is probably the biggest practical joke he could play on me from beyond.”
While meeting with the priest at the church, Carole got very real. Probably the most real viewers have ever seen her—but if you’ve read her memoir, What Remains, you know. “I do wish we had one more day to tell him that I’m OK and he’s OK, but you don’t get that one more day,” she said. “I’d just like one more day. That’s all. Just one.”
Back in her hotel, she lay next to the urn and strapped on her headphones. The waterworks began. “I was very happy to hold it again. It had been 15 years,” she said.

It would seem Bravo’s Real Housewives know all too well how difficult marriage can be.
Though Bailey says she and husband Peter Thomas, who joined her at the event, are excited to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary this year, she admits the milestone didn’t come easy.
“We have our own business, we’re on a reality show together and we are husband and wife. That’s a lot of togetherness,” Bailey said with a laugh. “Sometimes you’re like ‘Wow, this is a lot!’ ”
The former model, 47, and Thomas, who wed in extravagant style on the show, recently weathered rumors of infidelity but are sticking it out for better or worse.
“[Peter]’s great. It’s been a great ride. The show has more than tested our relationship, but I think we’re good,” she said. “And hey, God forbid we don’t make it, we know we tried! We can walk away with no guilt because we know we tried it in ever way.”
Still, Bailey’s optimistic – and looking forward to a romantic anniversary getaway.
“We want to take off the whole month of December,” she said. “I want to go to the Maldives and Peter wants to do St. Barts, so maybe we’ll do both!”
Shannon Beador has appeared on The Real Housewives of Orange County for two seasons now, and throughout her journey, she has dealt with a number of hardships. In addition to her evolving relationships with her co-stars, as well as the drama between them, she’s endured the heartache of her husband’s affair.
Still, Shannon Beador doesn’t regret her decision to join the show. Not only has she formed true friendships with some of the ladies, she also allowed struggling couples to look to her and David as inspiration to deal with their own troubles.
During an interview with All Things Real Housewives on July 27, Shannon Beador discussed her current relationship with newcomer Meghan King Edmonds, as well as Brooks Ayers’ cancer treatments.
“Jim’s first wife passed away and I reached out to her after that but as far as since the show has started to air I’ve kept my distance from her, because I believe she’s made a lot of below-the-belt jabs about me in her commentary that are unwarranted and they’re not true. She doesn’t know me at all. Part of me believes she’s just saying these things to be hurtful and to stir it up. She wants to bring the drama.”
Although Edmonds was not featured on The Real Housewives of Orange County in a full-time role, she was a regular topic of discussion as her battle with cancer was often compared to that of Brooke Ayers, the longtime boyfriend of Vicki Gunvalson.
Regarding Ayers’ battle with stage 3 Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Shannon Beador told All Things Real Housewives she learned about the diagnosis at the time Gunvalson did and immediately offered to help Ayers link up to some of California’s top doctors.
“I did refer her to two doctors. I don’t refer people to doctors or businesses unless I have a very good feeling it’s going to be helpful, but Brooks chose to go other ways. One of the people I referred him to was an M.D. and has a cancer center in her facility. So they administer the chemotherapy, but in addition they offer all the latest Eastern medicine approaches to help boost your immune system as your undergoing chemotherapy.”
Don’t mess with Ramona.
Decades before she threw a wine glass in Kristen Taekman‘s face on Real Housewives of New York, Singer threatened her father with a butcher knife, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
In her upcoming memoir, Life On The Ramona Coaster, the 58-year-old reality star recounts her childhood in a “war zone” with a physically and emotionally abusive, alcoholic father.
After years of allegedly watching her father beat her mother and terrorize her and her siblings, Singer says she finally found the courage to stand up to the man she feared.
One night when she was just 15 years old, Ramona claims her father called her “cruel and demeaning” names she didn’t understand.
“He gets in my face. I can smell the rancid alcohol on his breath and see the rancor in his eyes,” she writes in the memoir, out July 28. “Then he gets in my mother’s face, alternating scathing insults between us.”
“Something he says, I can’t recall what, hits a nerve. I snap.”
Refusing to be a “victim” anymore, she pulls the “biggest knife with the longest and thickest blade” from a kitchen drawer.
“Without hesitation, I lunge toward him, point the sharp blade directly at his face and scream, ‘Stop it. Stop it right now…Or I swear I will take this knife and shove it into your neck,’” she writes in the brutally honest book. “He backs away,
Ten seasons in and The Real Housewives of Orange County may be giving viewers the realest season yet. Already this year the Bravo reality show has captured a birth, a death and chronicled a couple’s marriage struggles after an admitted affair.
“I think what’s great about the show this year, as opposed to previous seasons where I feel like there was a lot of petty drama—from myself as well, you know, ‘Who’s sitting in my chair?’ and that kind of nonsense—but, this year I think you’re really seeing everyone’s real relationship struggles, no matter what they are, at all different levels,” Heather Dubrow told us. “But it’s all real.”
Heather’s costar Shannon Beador has not been shy about dealing with her husband David’s affair, something Heather called brave. “I think, the truth is, they’ll end up helping a lot of people and show how you can come out the other side,” Heather said.
While viewers have already seen Tamra Judge‘s granddaughter’s birth, Vicki Gunvalson learn of her mother’s death, there is still the big trip ahead to Tahiti. And of course you can expect drama. You can’t expect a Real Housewives trip to go off without a hitch. The three certainties in life: death, taxes and drama on a Real Housewives trip. Viewers have also yet to see what happens when Meghan King Edmonds starts discussing the legitimacy of Brooks Ayers’ cancer battle.
“It’s an interesting journey,” Heather said. “By the end, things definitely take an odd twist.”
NeNe Leakes wants you to have a seat on her.
We’re told the freshly departed star of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” is getting into the lifestyle biz, designing and hawking furniture and home accessories.
She came up with the idea when she was furnishing her new home in Georgia and spent a lot of time in High Point, NC, a mecca for furniture design.
NeNe’s shopping her idea to several merchandisers and she’s already gotten offers. She hasn’t picked one yet, but it would seem HSN is a front-runner since she’s already got a successful clothing line on the network.
It’s a good thing, right Martha?
Teresa Giudice is still behind bars, but she’s already stirring up drama with her Real Housewives of New Jersey castmates! RadarOnline.com has learned that Melissa Gorga and other members of the cast have banded together to demand huge raises from Bravo after they learned Giudice had signed a $1 million contract for the upcoming season.
The first ladies of New Jersey reality television are “disgusted that Teresa is getting such a huge paycheck, especially since she is a convicted felon!” an insider told Radar. “It sends a very bad message to their fans that crime does indeed pay.”
So now, the source said, “Teresa’s sister-in-law, Melissa is demanding a significant raise, and wants to be paid $1 million too. Dina Manzo is also seeking a bump in pay.” And another source added, “Jacqueline wanted to be paid as much as Teresa too.”
“And although producers want Carolyn Manzo to come back,” the source said, “she is going to be holding out for a big offer, and she isn’t ready to sign back up for all the crazy drama that comes with being on the show.”
As for the other cast members from last season, twins Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano, an insider said they’ve yet to be offered a contract — and it seems unlikely they will be.
“The twins were boring, and didn’t do anything to increase ratings for the show,” the source said.
Amy Schumer has been making the late-night rounds promoting her new movie Trainwreck, but you wouldn’t be faulted for thinking she’s promoting the Real Housewives franchise instead. After poking fun at the series with a fake audition video, she and co-star Bill Hader and director Judd Apatow acted out a scene from Real Housewives of New York during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live. Schumer played Sonja Morgan, Apatow played Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Hader played Bethenny Frankel, and the result is as over-the-top and ridiculous as the show they’re parodying.
Meghan King Edmonds has been on The Real Housewives of Orange County for a couple of months now, and she is learning that speaking her own mind can cause troubles with her co-stars. But Meghan has no problem calling people out when she sees something wrong. And this season, King Edmonds is going after Brooks Ayers and his cancer diagnosis.
Even before the show started, Meghan King Edmonds made headlines because she made the comment that Brooks was faking having cancer. And this idea spread to other co-stars, who quickly began questioning his motives. Was he really faking being sick?
According to a new Bravo report, Meghan King Edmonds is now revealing that she does think that her co-stars are twisting the cancer story a little bit. What fans forget is that Meghan knows someone with cancer as Jimmy’s ex-wife is currently battling the disease. In other words, King Edmonds understands all of the treatment plans that Brooks is going through.
“Shannon mentions how Brooks is losing weight and Brooks says he has indeed lost 42 lbs due to juicing (no mention of cancer here). LeAnn did all kinds of juicing while she was doing chemo, she was willing to try anything,” Meghan King Edmonds reveals, adding, “So I understand why Shannon is pushing for Brooks to do anything and everything to kill his cancer. And when Vicki mentions to Shannon that five months of chemo hasn’t worked, doesn’t she really mean three rounds of chemo? Saying “five months” makes it sound much worse than it is.”
Of course, Meghan has called out Brooks before for his cancer diagnosis. King Edmonds claims that Ayers is lying about having cancer, and she may be able to spot major differences between his cancer story and Jimmy’s ex-wife’s journey. Either way, Meghan is open to listening to Vicki’s stories. And she does so with respect for Shannon Beador’s storyline.
“This is the first episode so far that I really enjoyed the scenes of Shannon and David. I thought the Valentine’s dinner was very heartfelt and David’s dragon bracelet gift to Shannon was so loving. I smiled when Shannon gave David a huge hug. And by the way, major props to Shannon for showing her tummy on television – go girl!” Meghan King Edmonds reveals after having her own issues with Shannon.
Teresa Giudice‘s family is continuing to look at the positives. While the Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star completes her 15-month prison sentence in Danbury, Conn., her husband, Joe Giudice, and their daughters, Gia, 14, Gabrielle, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5, are staying strong, according to Giudice’s sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.
“Everyone’s hanging in there,” Gorga, 36, told Andy Cohen in a Thursday, July 23, Watch What Happens Live interview. “The girls are doing good too.”
Teresa, 43, is making the most of her time behind bars and her spirits are strong, Melissa said. “She’s doing as well as can be expected for the situation,” her sister-in-law told Cohen. “She’s really strong and she’s really good at keeping it positive especially when she talks to the girls on the phone and connects with her husband and everyone.”
Teresa, who is allowed email and phone privileges at the Federal Correctional institution, has also had in-person visits from her family, including brother Joe Gorga. Melissa, however, is still waiting to get her face time. “I requested to [see her], but I haven’t been approved yet,” Melissa told Cohen. Melissa believed it was the prison officers who would authorize her visits; Cohen suggested Giudice herself has control over guests.
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kim Richards sat down with ET on Wednesday to address her struggles with sobriety, the now-infamous Dr. Phil interview, and what really happened the night she was arrested for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
“I love sobriety,” Richards told ET’s Nischelle Turner. “I’ve always loved sobriety, and relapsing was very hard for me. It was not easy. I have to say, don’t take this wrong, but I really wanted to go to treatment because I needed a break from what I was going through at home.”
Richards cited family stress as a contributing factoring to her arrest, telling Turner, “Monty, my ex-husband, is very sick and my son wasn’t well. And I had to give away my dog, and I wasn’t talking to my sister [Kyle Richards].”
Richards says she has completed her treatment program and has been sober for more than 30 days.
“I went in and I got to learn a whole lot about myself,” she told Turner. “I dug deep into my past, things that happened to me as a child, good and bad, teenage years, relationships with all my loved ones, where they need to be mended, where they’re very powerful. I worked on me.”
Richards entered rehab for the fourth time earlier this year after being arrested on April 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel, following an incident. According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, Richards was acting belligerent and refused to leave the hotel’s restaurant, locking herself in the bathroom. Once taken into custody, she reportedly kicked a police officer in the leg. The reality star was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting arrest and battery of a police officer, and issued a citation for a misdemeanor.
When Turner asked if the arrest was Richard’s “a-ha” moment that led her to seek treatment, the reality star admitted, “Actually, my arrest was my ‘a-ha I get to go away now and rest and take a break from all this.’ I don’t want anybody to take this wrong, but I truly needed a break from hospitals, family, the pressure. I needed to go away.”
Days before Richards’ most recent rehab stint, she walked out of an interview with Dr. Phil after becoming increasingly uncomfortable with his questions about her arrest.
In ET’s exclusive sit-down, Richards opened up about her plan to stay sober since she left treatment, which includes a “wonderful” sponsor, a life coach, and “a great home group and sober friends.”
As for a possible “Real Housewives” return, Richards told ET that she hasn’t spoken with producers about coming back to the show because she’s been focusing on her treatment, but she revealed that they’ve expressed interest in having her back next season. “My representative did speak to them,” she said. “They have asked me to come back.”
Don’t cross the countess!
Real Housewives of New York City’s LuAnn de Lesseps almost got physical with costar Carole Radziwill during the series’ Season 7 reunion taping on July 7, sources reveal in the new issue of Us Weekly.
The fight started when de Lesseps, 50, accused Radziwill, 51, of stealing the countess’ niece’s one-time boyfriend, Adam Kenworthy. After Radziwill reminded de Lesseps about the countess’ romp with a married man during their Turks and Caicos trip, the “Money Can’t Buy You Class” singer snapped. “She lunged at Carole, screaming, ‘How dare you?’” reveals a show source. “Carole put her hands up and told her to back off.”
One week after the reunion (set to air as specials in August), Radziwill was still peeved. “Luann lunged at me because she couldn’t take hearing the truth about her own bad girl behavior,” Radziwill, who maintains that de Lesseps’ niece had already moved on to another man before they started dating, told Us. Quoting de Lesseps’ 2010 song, she added, “If elegance is learned, then she needs to go back to school!”
